SIMPLE AI SIDEKICKS — AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS


Effective Date: Upon Enrollment in Affiliate Program

Thank you for becoming an affiliate of Simple AI Sidekicks (the “Product”). The following Terms & Conditions outline the rights and restrictions related to your promotion and sale of this product, created and owned by The Faceless Twins. By enrolling in the affiliate program and promoting the Product, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. License of Use (as an Affiliate)

As an approved affiliate of Simple AI Sidekicks, you are granted the right to:

  • Promote and sell the Product only through your unique affiliate link provided by The Faceless Twins.

  • Share your personal experience with the course on your platforms (social media, blog, email, etc.) while giving proper credit to Simple AI Sidekicks.

  • Offer a small bonus (not exceeding $30 value) to your customers when they purchase through your affiliate link.

You are not permitted to:

  • Sell, resell, distribute, or offer the Product outside of the official affiliate program.

  • Copy, alter, or modify any part of the Product (including videos, prompts, templates, written materials) for resale.

  • Claim the Product or its materials as your own.

  • Include the Product in paid bundles, memberships, or group programs not authorized by The Faceless Twins.

  • Offer the Product for free or use it as a free gift with unrelated purchases.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Simple AI Sidekicks course—including but not limited to:

  • Video tutorials

  • Prompts

  • Templates

  • Written materials

  • Branding

  • Frameworks

remains the sole intellectual property of The Faceless Twins. You do not acquire ownership rights by promoting or reselling through the affiliate program. All rights, title, and interest remain exclusively with the creators.

3. No Resell Rights

This Product does not come with:

  • Private Label Rights (PLR)

  • Master Resell Rights (MRR)

  • Independent Resale Rights (outside of the official affiliate program)

Affiliates may only sell through their unique, approved affiliate link provided by The Faceless Twins.

4. Commissions & Payments

  • Affiliates earn 70% commission on all valid sales made through their affiliate link.

  • Commissions are paid through the method specified by The Faceless Twins (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • Payout terms and schedule will be provided upon acceptance to the affiliate program.

5. No Refund Policy

The Simple AI Sidekicks course is a digital product. All sales are final. There are no refunds, including on affiliate sales.

6. Disclaimer

While Simple AI Sidekicks is designed to support your audience’s business growth through AI strategies, no results or sales are guaranteed. Individual success depends on effort, experience, and execution. Affiliates must not make false claims of earnings potential.

7. Liability Waiver

By promoting Simple AI Sidekicks as an affiliate, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Faceless Twins from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your promotion of the Product.

8. Enforcement & Violations

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation of the Product or affiliate program terms will result in immediate termination of your affiliate status. The Faceless Twins reserve the right to take legal action for violations of these terms.
